Dreaming of an intimate and fun event? The landscaped backyard, complete with deck access and indoor bathroom, provides the perfect backdrop for your celebration. Ideal for From 12:00pm to 8:30pm, enjoy exclusive use of our space designed to comfortably accommodate up to 25 guests.
Overnight Stay Requirement
The backyard event bookings require a minimum 2-night stay for up to 2 guests at a weekend room rate of $185 per night, including breakfast and access to common areas. Quiet hours begin at 10:00pm, in accordance with Niagara city bylaws.
Policies & guidelines for backyard events
To maintain a pleasant atmosphere for all, we have a few policies in place. No alcohol is permitted on the premises. Events must conclude by 8:30pm. Music is allowed at a moderate volume until 9:00pm, respecting Niagara city's quiet hours which begin at 10pm. Overnight stays are limited to two guests, which includes the event host.
